My name is Anderson, and I help men and women in Newport Beach Lose weight, burn the excessive body fat and achieve a lean toned body.

New Years resolutions fail without the proper structure and motivation, and that’s why I hope to bring just that. The more you show up, the less your weight does. By specifically designing tough workouts through individual and team exercises, I inspire all my clients to drop the fat and make stomachs look flat.

One month of my personal training aims to lose up to ten pounds and three inches from the midsection, as well as better posture, sleep, more energy and an increase in strength and endurance. And to give you the confidence you need, I test body fat composition using electrical impedance to tell you how much flub you’ve lost and how much muscle you’ve gained.   • Each workout is made of 1/2 high intensity interval cardio, and a fast paced strength training routine for a different muscle group each day.

I began personal training with Orange County’s Fitscope Trainers because I wanted wanted to tone-up and learn how to strength train. I also definitely wanted to lose inches and gain muscle but I did not expect to lose weight.
